Our friendly team here at Spitfire Hog Roasts is dedicated to ensuring your event goes off smoothly and efficiently, whilst offering superb customer service from start to finish. We will do all the work for you whilst you sit back, relax and enjoy your event – let US take care of all the hard work!

No event is too big or too small and as outside caterers we are used to catering in all sorts of venues from private gardens, historic country houses to a market square. Whatever the event or occasion we always provide a professional service and exceptional standards.

All our catering chefs are professional, smartly uniformed and provide a safe environment for both ourselves and our guests. We are very serious about health and safety issues and the legalities surrounding it. Hence why it’s critical we provide a safe environment, as well as offering peace of mind at your function.

Regardless if you are hiring our services for your wedding reception, a prestigious food festival, outdoor corporate event, a sports day or any other occasion where spectacular company and delicious food are to be enjoyed, our highly motivated and incredibly enthusiastic team of chefs are always available to provide the best tasting food at the most surprisingly affordable prices.

Tim Jones

Tim is second in command, looks after the BBQ and all things technical. He’s a whizz with the tongs, is a proper “foodie” and ensures your food is cooked to perfection. Tim is fun, dedicated and has a wicked sense of humour. Tim has a knack of turning something that’s “good” into something “GREAT”.

Gavin Bray

Head Honcho, Tog Dog, chief cook – and bottle washer – and founder of Spitfire Hog Roasts back in 2007. Gavin’s love of food started at an early age and is passionate about cooking, barbecuing and everything food related. With over 10 years of experience working in the  catering, hospitality and tourism industry, Gavin is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and finger licking food

Vikki Bray

Vikki is definitely in charge of quality control…from food tastings to making sure everything is laid out to her exacting standards. Nothing gets past our resident “inspector”. Vikki’s fantastic organisational skills and attention to detail ensure that your event is in safe hands.
