Spitfire Hog Roasts, based near Norwich offer a huge selection of bespoke, freshly prepared menus that are proper crowd pleasers. Our affordable outdoor catering ideas are available throughout the year, regardless of the weather. We proudly offer tailor made menus, allowing you to mix and match as well as having a variety of salads, vegetarian dishes and desserts to accompany your meal. Perfect for feeding the masses at your Wedding Reception, an intimate Garden Party, Birthday Celebration or even if you have some Blue Chip clients that you are wanting to entertain at your next Corporate Function.

Our services include large portions of finger licking food with enough leftover for seconds – or even thirds. Sometimes enough for Sunday lunch too! We are totally self sufficient on the day itself and will bring our own all weather gazebo, serving tables, lighting (if needed) and water. No need for electricity and/or plug sockets either – Now that’s proper self sufficient.

Why not go for our slow roasted, slightly minty, whole Lamb on the Spit? Truly delicious and something different to offer your guests! The lamb is basted overnight in our homemade rub which brings out the flavour and natural sweetness to the meat – without overpowering it. Depending on the size, a whole lamb will feed up to 60 hungry guests.

Good luck in choosing between flat iron steak, meaty pork ribs, lamb chops and big boy burgers for your next BBQ – Not to mention hot and spicy buffalo wings or sizzling sausages. And that’s just for the main course! Our BBQ Catering is always a favourite at any outdoor event…and not just for the skills shown by the tong master! For the best of both worlds, why not combine it with one of our succulent hog roasts?

New for 2018 is “THE BANQUET”. A flavour packed combination of Meat and Chicken Roasts.
Why have only one roast when you can have two! Or Four? This offers a unique change from the standard hog roast or barbeque!
Our specially adapted Chicken Rotisserie can slow roast up to 20 whole chickens and turkeys. All at the same time!
Smoked gammon joints, tender beef roasts, flavoursome lamb racks and fluffy jacket potatoes roasted in a variety of ways to offer you the ultimate main event. The choice is limited only by your imagination…because of our dedication and flexibility into making the food at your next event truly stand out from the pack.

They are there for you to get an idea of what we can offer and as a basis for you to mix and match, alter and generally create your own bespoke menu. Lamb on the Spit

We pride ourselves on only using locally sourced, East Anglian bred lambs for all our spit roasts. Our whole lamb on the spit takes outdoor catering to the next level of AWESOMENESS.

Our range of freshly prepared salads can double up as vegetarian dishes too so no one is left out in the cold. Vegetarian Menu and Nibbles

Here are just a few of our ever popular vegetarian dishes, nibbles and finger buffet foods. Some are cooked on the BBQ and served hot, while others are freshly prepared and served cold. Perfect for both Winter and Summer parties. These are served buffet style with a unformed chef to assist.

Individual, Mini Vegetarian Quiche – Onion marmalade & goats cheese, Mushroom & spinach, Sun dried tomato & mozzarella – All served hot
