HOG ROAST & BBQ WEDDING CATERING MENUS

Spitfire Hog Roasts offer the very best Hog Roast and BBQ wedding catering in Norfolk, East Anglia and further afield. We provide a wide variety of bespoke wedding menus that are affordable, flexible and tailored to suit your individual needs at your wedding reception. At the end of the day, we can do as much – or as little – as you wish.

This is a catering experience where we not only create bespoke, scrumptious bbq style cuisine but also an awesome atmosphere where Bride and Groom, Family and Guests can sit back and enjoy themselves, without having to worry about the food. Because we have it all sorted!

Our bespoke wedding menus can include everything from our slow roasted pig on the spit, boneless banquit, gourmet bbq and whole lamb on the spit – all using the finest, locally sourced, outdoor reared meat and ingredients East Anglia has to offer. Throw in our scrummy canapes, vibrant fresh salads, vegetarian dishes and decadent desserts – then all the “bells and whistles” are nicely wrapped up.

Not everyone loves meat – and that’s ok! We have a wide selection of vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other dietary requirements available. Just ask and we will be happy to go through it all with you.

Whole pig on the spit with crispy crackling (GF)
Home baked sage & onion stuffing
Bramley apple sauce
* 80+ people minimum

Whole lamb on the spit (feeds 30 – 60 guests)
Seasoned in our slightly sweet, yet minty dry rub
Garden Mint sauce & Red Currant Jelly

Selection of freshly baked rolls / Butter portions
Chutney / Mustard / Mayonnaise / Ketchup / Relish and other condiments to suit

Individual, Onion Marmalade & Goats Cheese Vegetarian Quiche (V/GF)
Moroccan Couscous (V)
New potato, onion and chive salad (V/GF)
OR:
New Potatoes, served warm, with butter & herbs (V/VG)
* Other salads and veg options available

Dessert Suggestion:
Lotus Biscoff & Salted Caramel Cheesecakes (VG)
Choux Pastry, Cream Filled Profiteroles & Dark Chocolate Sauce

Served on Biodegradable, palm leaf dinner plates & Dessert bowls

HOG ROAST BASED ON 80 – 100 GUESTS: PRICE STARTS FROM £2300.00

You can mix and match any of our suggested menus with tailor made options, in order to suit your specific needs. Our bespoke services cater between 30 – 200 guests, more if you combine it with our Gourmet BBQ or Boneless Banquet. Don’t forget about feeding the photographer, band, DJ and barman too!

Based on 60-80 guests: Price starts from £2200.00
Based on 80-100 guests: Price starts from £2500.00

We can serve anywhere between 30 – 300 guests for the BBQ – More if you combine it with our slow roasted hog roast, lamb on the spit or the boneless banquet.
A selection of canapes and nibbles can be offered too
You can mix and match with any of our other suggested menus, or if you have alternative suggestions, we will be happy to quote.
